The Bourne Cube Elbowcare S has been designed to satisfy control players who want to make a difference with every stroke. With an extremely precise construction, this blade is part of the exclusive REGA range, which means it is incomparable. It is not a high-end blade, it is a REGA blade: unique, innovative and unrivalled.
Its PRISMA frame gives it exceptional aerodynamics, reducing air resistance by 10% and allowing for greater mobility. It also incorporates the new interchangeable Difusor Wings in the core (completely redesigned from the previous version), which channel airflow to offer a more maneuverable, stable and precise blade.
The Elbowcare system, strategically placed on the frame, acts as a vibration dampener, helping to protect against potential elbow problems. This increases vibration absorption from the handle to the entire frame and, combined with the new Difusor Wings, creates a large absorption mass.
It is made with a carbon bidirectional tubular and an Hypersoft foam core, with a hardness adapted to hot climates. In this S (Summer) version, its softer rubber is optimized to offer maximum performance above 25°C. Since heat softens blades and cold hardens them, this technology guarantees balanced and reliable behavior during the warmer months.
The outer layer of the blade is made of Carbon Cube carbon fiber fabric, an innovative three-dimensional fiber developed exclusively for the REGA range, offering greater rigidity, durability and a purer strike. A layer of titanium dioxide has been applied to its surface to create the embossed SLICE texture, designed to promote effects in topspin or slice shots. All these combined elements allow for exceptional ball exit, precise control and very smooth maneuverability.
Like all blades with Summum technology, it incorporates a longer 14.5 cm handle to facilitate two-handed shots and improve grip comfort, as well as a wider striking area to enlarge the sweet spot.
The Handlesafety system passes through the handle to offer a more secure grip, preventing potential cord breakages.
In addition, the frame is protected by the exclusive AD System, an injection-molded protector affixed with adhesive, which perfectly adapts to the shape of the Prisma frame and protects the blade without compromising its aerodynamics.
Its aesthetics also play a fundamental role thanks to the extraordinary work carried out on design and development, where the blade frame is painted with three colors to achieve these gradients, with contrasts between matte and glossy finishes that make the blade incomparable.

The Bourne Cube Elbowcare is available in two versions: W (Winter) and S (Summer). In this S version, the softer rubber is optimized to offer the best performance below 25°C. The Prisma frame, patented by Varlion, has a geometric shape that improves aerodynamics, reduces air resistance by 10% and minimizes contact with surfaces.
This design is protected by the AD system, an injected and adhesive protector (also patented), which adapts to the shape without needing to drill the frame.
Inspired by F1, this system guides airflow through the heart of the blade. It improves maneuverability and precision with every strike.
It is completely different from the previous version created in 2013 and is injected in a soft material that absorbs vibrations from the core and frame at the heart.
In this new version, its main characteristic is that it is not glued. Thanks to its material, the diffuser bends with the force of your fingers and fits into the three corners of the blade’s heart. The Difusor is perfectly secured, interchangeable, increases precision due to its aerodynamics and reduces vibrations.
It includes a 14.5 cm handle, a wider hitting area and integration with the Wings Difusor. This ensemble, registered by Varlion under the name Summum, improves comfort, control and efficiency at every point.
Exclusive to the REGA range, this system absorbs vibrations through the frame from the handle to the entire contour of the blade, reducing the impact on the elbow joint and preventing potential pain.
Tests show that when blocking fast balls at the net, vibration absorption is significantly higher than with conventional blades.
The rough Slice texture, registered by Varlion, is composed of a series of curved lines designed to improve effects on cut and topspin shots, for both right-handed and left-handed players.
